FARM TOURS $20 pp or $60 family

A 2 hour farm tour is a great way to get your bearings on the station and learn a bit about our way of life.

Either Rodney or Sandra will pick you up at the Farmhouse in the ute and depending on numbers, the quads. The tour will take you around the farm, see sheep and cattle. to the woolshed to learn about shearing and have the opportunity to collect a sample of wool. The machinery shed is a "must see" and we will  attempt to answer all of your questions.

This is a working farm, NOT a zoo where animals are kept in cages around the house.

A days notice would be great and we will try to fit in with your plans. Please book ahead.

DOUG AND TILLS' SPOTLIGHTING TOURS $20 pp

Doug and Till would be happy to take you or the kids (or everyone) out to chase bunnies in the spotlight. A days notice is handy!

Its  absolutely exhausting and a heap of innocent fun.

On our trips about, we usually see owls, bunnies and sometimes roos and foxes.

(School holidays only and please book ahead)

DOUG AND NICKS YABBYING TOURS $20 pp

The boys will be happy to take you (kids or you and the kids) on a yabbying trip to our favourite dams between October and April.  The tour  includes refreshments. A few days notice is required.

...remember you need to have an "r" in the month to catch yabbies !!

(school holidays only and please book ahead)

Yabbies are guaranteed (as well as a few yarns and practical jokes from the boys!)

**if its "kids only" they must be confident swimmers.**

Naturally our program changes with seasonal conditions but every day the sun rises the men will be out and about checking stock, water or crops. If you see them at the sheds, or working in the sheep yards, feel free to stroll over and have a chat.

Keen birdwatchers are welcome to wander around the property to enjoy the birdlife. These include: Galahs, Sulphur Crested Cockatoos, Blue Bonnets, Apostle Birds, White Winged Chuffs, Brolgas, Black Swans, Spoonbills, Superb Fairy Wrens, Willy Wagtails,  Straw Necked Ibis, Crested Pigeons, Kookaburra, Emu, Magpies .....

Remember.... this is a real working farm... the dogs may just bark at night,  roosters start crowing at sunrise, and tractors may pass by the front door.

Your stay can be as quiet or busy as you make it... and look out for farmer Rodney. ..he loves to call by for a coldie!! ...hint hint (Bundy and coke or XXXX after knock-off time!!)
